Quotes and availability
An intake result is based on the information submitted and may require scope confirmation before acceptance. Published prices, delivery dates, rush availability, monitoring terms, included revisions, and add-ons are governed by the agreement accepted for the engagement.
No platform affiliation or guaranteed result
OpEx IQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any contractor-management or prequalification platform. Written programs do not guarantee approval, a particular grade, the award of work, regulatory compliance, or prevention of an incident.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit information you are not authorized to provide, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce paid deliverables beyond the rights granted in the engagement agreement.
Scope of coverage
Current scope is United States federal requirements. State-plan, city, county, and contract-specific requirements are excluded unless separately verified and agreed in writing.
These terms must be reviewed by OpEx IQ's attorney before public deployment.
