The price is on the page.
Almost nobody in this market publishes one. Consultancies quote on a call and platforms hide behind a demo, which makes it impossible to work out what you should be paying. Here is the whole price list, including the parts we charge extra for.
Two prices, set by two different things
Priced on how many safety topics your trade actually triggers, because that is what drives the work. Across the 96 trades we map, the range runs from 3 topics to 47.
Priced on how many people are exposed, because that is what drives the value of knowing early.
They can disagree, and that is fine. A ten-person steel erector buys a Complex program and Small monitoring. A sixty-person painting contractor buys an Essential program and Medium monitoring. Each line is quoted off its own axis.

What a call and a revision actually mean
A call
Up to 45 minutes, scheduled, on the content of your program. Extra calls are $120.
Email questions are unlimited and free. They cost minutes rather than an hour, and discouraging them produces worse programs.
A revision
One consolidated round of your feedback, applied in full — not one change. Send everything at once and twelve comments count as one revision.
A change of scope is not a revision. Extra revisions are 20% of the program price.
Add-ons
By tier. Optional — the program is written so it does not depend on them.
Per update. Monitoring tells you a change reached your document; this is the work of changing it.
When you take on new work.
A second regulator means a second set of rules written into the document. Charged once per state, however many locations you have in it.
Per yard, shop or office beyond the first. The program names every location it covers and gives each one its own emergency information page. Job sites are not locations — they cost nothing.
Charged only when we have not built the trade before. The covered list is published.
Human-translated and reviewer-checked.
The version stamp and reviewer signature do not survive editing, and we say so in writing.
Not included, at any tier
What this is not
- No site visit. Scope comes from the intake form and a questionnaire you complete, and that is how the price stays where it is.
- No guarantee of an ISNetworld or Avetta grade. We give you the programs those platforms ask for; the submission stays yours.
- No legal advice. A safety professional verifies that what the document says matches the regulation. That is not the same thing.
- No training delivery. The program says what training is required and at what frequency; it does not deliver it.
- No instant download. It is written and checked by a person. You get a delivery date before you pay.
Two things about paying us
Cancel monitoring by email
No fee, no notice period, no phone call. Auto-renewal traps are the loudest complaint in this industry, and not doing it is the easiest promise we make.
Prices are current, not permanent
These are entry prices while every program is verified by hand. Existing subscribers keep the rate they signed at when they change.

Tell us your trade, your state and your headcount. The form works out which programs apply and what they cost — before you give us anything.
