A safety program is a promise, not a document.
Every line in it is something your crew is told to expect. A program that describes someone else’s work teaches them to stop reading it. A template written for “construction” commits a fencing contractor to scaffold inspections, confined space entry and fall protection plans they will never perform — and the pages that genuinely protect them get skipped alongside the ones that never applied.
Most programs blur regulation and invention together, so a foreman cannot tell what the law requires from what an author made up. Ours marks that boundary in the text, every time — your supervisors know which rules are not theirs to bend, and which are the company’s own and open to being made better.

The requirement carries the provision it comes from, and the citation is a working link — so when a reviewer or an auditor asks for the basis, the answer is already on the page.

We send every safety topic your trade triggers. You mark each one applies, subcontracted, or not applicable.
Drafted against the regulations, verified against them again, and signed. You get a delivery date before you pay.
What you get
Mapped from your trade, then confirmed by you topic by topic before a word is written. A fencing crew does not get scaffold procedures.
Work you do not do is stated as an exclusion rather than quietly left out, so anyone reviewing it can see the topic was considered and ruled out.
The emergency page is completed by the crew on arrival. One address printed at the front is wrong on the second job, and ignored from then on.
Records are described by what they must contain, not by our form number — so the forms your crews already use do not have to be replaced.
